The tablets of detergent for the dishwasher are located in one of the drawers in the kitchen.

Unwrap the tablet, open the detergent drawer in the inside of the dishwasher door, place the tablet in the drawer, and trap it in the lid.

To operate the shower turn the dial above the taps anti-clockwise to start the shower. To increase temperature continue to turn the dial anti-clockwise.

Heated Towel Rails

The heated towel rail is controlled by a time clock located outside the main door of the apartment., in the small entranceway. The timer may be set to ON, OFF, or AUTO.

Heating & Air Conditioning Units

The heater & air conditioning unit is controlled by remote control.

The remote is mounted on the wall away from the heater near the entrance of the room. Turn on using the orange button.

To heat the room press the MODE button until a triangle is displayed pointing towards the sun symbol. use the up arrow to raise the temperature. It takes up to 10 minutes to start producing heat, keeps the fan at medium speed, to begin with. To cool the room press the MODE button until the triangle points towards the snowflake symbol. Use the down arrow to lower the temperature.

Please ensure the cooker extractor fan is switched on to full power whilst cooking or using the toaster. In the event of the fire alarm in the kitchen being activated due to non-emergency situations, please silence the alarm by pressing the corner, which is marked HUSH.

Should the fire alarm go off reception staff, having been alerted by the fire system, will phone to ensure everything is ok. Please answer this call promptly as if no reply is given immediately the fire brigade may be called.

The alarm should NEVER be silenced in the event of a real fire, no matter how small.

There are several Break Glass points throughout public areas of the building. These can be used if a genuine fire takes place.

Furthermore, fire blankets are located in every apartment’s kitchen.

Safe

These instructions will walk you through the steps for using the safe in your apartment to securely store your valuables.

When you first check in the safe door will be locked with the door left open. This is to allow our guests to set their own code for the duration of their stay with us.

How to Set a New Code

Step One – On the inside of the safe door press the small red button which is located on the far right. Once you have pressed the red button the display screen will read “set code”

Step Two – Enter a memorable code of your choice from 3-8 numbers and confirm by pressing the “start” button. The display screen will read “in” which confirms that the new code has been set.

To Gain Access to the Safe

Step One – To gain access press “start” enter your code and then press the “start” button again. The light will flash green, you may now turn the dial to open the safe.

When checking out please leave the safe door open so that it is ready for our next guest.
